Healthy Kids Running Series is an awesome program brought to Hammonton by Kristin Frankel.  She is bringing the youth of Hammonton, with the help of Saul, an opportunity for some awesome outdoor exercise.

Robin and Matt are one of Hammonton's coolest couples.  They recently got engaged to be married.  We talk about that, teaching music to Hammonton's youth, Type 1 Diabetes, and a whole lot more.

November is Diabetes Awareness Month.  Heather Cundiff and Lisa Seitles dropped by the studio to talk about raising a child who has type 1 diabetes, as well as the signs and symptoms parents should be aware of.  This episode provides many facts, and dispels the myths surrounding the disease.
